At this time, 1801 Townhomes does not have furnished options. However, each home comes move-in ready with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer, so you can settle in right away.

The standard deposit is $500, up to one month's rent depending on your application. It's due once your application has been approved.

Water and electricity are billed separately based on your own usage, which gives you more control over your monthly costs. Rent also includes a few required monthly charges:

Yes. These are the same required monthly charges included with rent:

There's also a one-time $25 fee for Conservice utility account setup, due within 60 days of move-in.

We’d be happy to have you stay! About 90 days before your lease ends, our team will send your renewal offer so you have plenty of time to look it over and make your plans. If you decide not to renew, we just need 60 days’ written notice.

Absolutely! We’re happy to welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly townhomes in Antioch, TN. Each home can have up to two pets, so there’s room for the whole family.

There’s a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 for your first pet and $250 for your second pet, plus $35 in monthly pet rent per pet.

There's no weight limit for pets at 1801 Townhomes. A few breeds do have restrictions, including pit bulls, terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Great Danes, Cane Corsos, and wolf hybrids. 

Service and emotional support animals aren't considered pets under this policy and aren't subject to breed restrictions or pet fees. If you have questions about a specific breed, give our team a call at 615-640-4070, and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes, every home comes pre-wired with an Xfinity modem. The standard speed is 1GB, and you can upgrade to a faster plan for an additional monthly cost.

Every home at 1801 Townhomes comes with a private attached garage, and there’s additional guest parking available on site at no extra cost. You’ll have a convenient spot at home and an easy place for visitors to park, too.

Overnight guests are welcome at 1801 Townhomes. When they visit, they can simply use the designated guest parking area.

While EV charging isn’t available on site, there’s a public charging station just about 2 miles away at 5300 Mt. View Road, roughly a 5-minute drive from the community. It’s a convenient option when your vehicle needs a charge.

The fees due at move-in include your pro-rated rent based on your move date, plus any pet fees if you have a pet.

You’re welcome to add your own style to your home! For any decorating or modification changes, just check with management for approval beforehand. Our team will be happy to help you understand what’s allowed.

If you need to end your lease before the term is up, we’ll just need 60 days’ written notice and a termination fee equal to two months’ rent. Our team is happy to answer any questions about the process.

When you're ready to move out, just provide 60 days’ written notice. We’ll also provide a move-out checklist with everything you need to take care of before your move.

Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days of move-out.
